2. General

This website is deliberately designed to be data-sparing. It uses no cookies, embeds no third-party content (such as videos, maps, or social-media plugins), and transfers no data to servers outside the European Union. The font used is served locally from our own server; no requests are made to external providers. Matomo, self-hosted analytics software, is used for anonymized traffic measurement — see section 3.

3. Traffic measurement (Matomo)

We use the analytics software Matomo for anonymized traffic measurement. Matomo is installed on our own server at ALL-INKL.COM in Germany; no data is transmitted to third parties or to servers outside the European Union. Your IP address is not stored, but shortened/anonymized immediately after processing. Matomo does not set cookies and does not store any information on your device; recognizing your device across individual days does not take place. Since no information is stored on or read from your device, no consent is required under § 25 TTDSG (German Telecommunications and Telemedia Data Protection Act). The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior to improve our offering under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We collect pages visited, referrer sources, coarse location and device data, and individual interactions (such as clicks on the contact button); attribution to your person is not possible.

4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the pages, the server automatically collects general access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, data volume transferred, browser type) and stores this in log files. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

5. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, otherwise our legitimate interest in responding under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object to processing (Art. 21). An informal message to the address above is sufficient to exercise these rights.

7. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
